Producto de un curucuteo hemerográfico, nos hemos topado con un artículo de Humberto Gómez cuyo título no puede ser más sugestivo: “Crisis: el legado del rentismo petrolero”, Diario La Prensa, Barinas 28 de mayo de 2005, pág. 4. Sin embargo, hay en este artículo algunas cuestiones de tipo conceptual que ameritan ser precisadas y otras estadísticamente contrastadas.
