Abstract

En la evolución histórica de la satisfacción laboral existe una amplia cultura abordada desde distintos puntos de vista por diversos autores, quienes han aportado sus definiciones teniendo en cuenta la época en la se encuentran. Además esta provee la información necesaria sobre los factores que determinan los comportamientos organizativos y el nivel de complacencia de los individuos con lo que la organización les ofrece, lo cual permite a los directivos reconocer en que medida los trabajadores se sienten recompensados o no. Los elementos conceptuales que se exponen acerca de la satisfacción laboral permite establecer los elementos para su operacionalización y de esta forma investigarla en una organización concreta de manera precisa facilitando fundamentar los problemas que existen en dicha entidad conllevando a la realización de un procedimiento para su posterior desarrollo dentro del contexto educacional.
