Abstract

El Balanced Scorecard (BSC) es una de las metodologías de gestión empresarial más populares de principios del siglo XXI por lo que muchas empresas solicitan que se les diseñe e implante el modelo. Las experiencias que abarcan los métodos utilizados, los éxitos, fracasos y recomendaciones son expuestos en este artículo.
