Abstract

La Gestión de Calidad se ha convertido en algo fundamental para la supervivencia de las organizaciones en el competitivo entorno empresarial en que se desenvuelven, si bien todavía algunas de ellas presentan tendencia a la obtención de resultados económicos a corto plazo, no es menos cierto que algunos empresarios con óptica estratégica han reconocido en ella la herramienta necesaria para la elevación del nivel de gestión empresarial de sus organizaciones.
