El presente trabajo constituye una aproximación al estudio de un tema que se ubica en la cotidianidad y que ha cobrado interés en los últimos años: los mecanismos que permitan a los administradores conocer la medición de la implantación de las estrategias en el desarrollo de sus organizaciones.
