Abstract

La metodología del Cuadro de Mando Integral continúa aumentando adeptos en Cuba. Una nueva empresa acaba de diseñar e implementar su sistema empresarial bajo las ideas de Robert Kaplan y David Norton. La Empresa de Servicios Técnicos de Defectoscopía y Soldadura (CENEX) se ha iniciado en el camino del Balanced Scorecard. Sus primeras experiencias se muestran en este artículo.
