Abstract

La hegemonía norteamericana, consiste, en esencia, en mantener el poder económico, político y social de los Estados Unidos sobre el resto del mundo. Ya no se puede hablar de competencia económica y comercial entre países, sino de competencia entre regiones. La Triada del Poder Económico, que la protagoniza, Estados Unidos, Japón y Unión Europea, se sostiene sobre todo a partir de la competencia tecnológica y comercial, sin contar además con que son los líderes en los mercados financieros internacionales.
