Modelo Para Generar Valor Económico Agregado Para Las Empresas

Abstract

En este trabajo se propone un modelo orientado a mejorar la rentabilidad económica para PyMES. En esta investigación se ha considero las decisiones financieras que los dueños y/o administradores toman y las estrategias del modelo del Valor Económico Agregado (EVA) utilizadas en la empresa. Los resultados obtenidos mediante correlación canónica permitieron identificar las estrategias significativas del modelo: reducir tiempos muertos y costos de consumo de materia prima, mejorar la satisfacción del cliente, conocer su mercado y sus tendencias, mantenimiento que utiliza la empresa, identificar problemas de cobranza, eliminar errores de precios y pedidos, favorecer a los clientes con convenios de financiamiento, reducir sus inventarios, mejorar la coordinación de los proveedores, vender activos ociosos, obsoletos y redistribuir los recursos y reconstruir en lugar de reemplazar.
