Modelo De Identificación De Los Riesgos De Control Interno Para La Actividad Empresarial

Abstract

La gestión o administración del riesgo empresarial ocupa un lugar importante en el sector empresarial cubano, ya que constituye una herramienta indispensable para la toma de decisiones que pudieran conllevar al cumplimiento de los objetivos y metas trazados por las mismas. En el presente trabajo se implementa una metodología para la Identificación de riesgos a partir del Componente de Evaluación de Riesgos, normado por la Resolución No. 297/03 del Ministerio de Finanzas y Precios. Se confeccionó el mapa de riesgos los que se clasifican en internos y externos; se determinan las frecuencias de ocurrencia y las consecuencias y se tipifican según su incidencia en el proceso de funcionamiento organizativo, como primer paso para la Administración de los Riesgos. Se utilizan el procesador electrónico de datos (Excel) y cualitativos: Entrevistas, análisis documental. Se han obtenido resultados favorables en la entidad y en toda su estructura organizativa, que permitirán el posterior desarrollo de las etapas de administración de los riesgos.
