Abstract

La medición de la competencia es uno de los aspectos que ha cobrado importancia en las empresas que han apostado por el desarrollo del capital humano. Son diversas las formas de medir la competencia, en este trabajo, utilizando elementos relacionados a la lógica difusa, se exponen un conjunto de métodos para la evaluación y contraste de variables con diferentes grados de vaguedad que nos permiten estrechar la incertidumbre existentes en el momento de evaluar cuan competitivos son nuestros grupos de personas.
