La Gestión Participativa Y Estratégica De Los Recursos Humanos (Rr-Hh) Y Los Enfoques De Mejora Continua En Las Empresas Contemporáneas

Abstract

Desde la antropología, hombre y mujeres en la historia humana se han constituido incesantemente en los factores medulares en la producción de procesos e instrumentos para su utilización. En las disímiles fases de la evolución de los procesos industriales y manufactureros, este factor humano ha pasado sin ser considerado como organismo impermeable en los diferentes escenarios que han tenido vigencia. Los enfoques de mejora continua constituyen una forma nueva del pensar y percibir los RR-HH en su actividad en la empresa y su relación con el entorno. Así, en el presente artigo se pretende desarrollar una aproximación de cómo los procesos de gestión de los RR-HH en las empresas demandan la incorporación de los enfoques participativo y estratégico en armonía con los enfoques de mejora continua.
