Abstract

Me gustaría comenzar este artículo recomendándoles la lectura de otro, publicado en 2006, y que puede leerse en http://www.eumed.net/ce/2006/agc.htm . Ese artículo, en el que se proponía dirigir el entonces abundante capital especulativo hacia procesos productivos –relacionados con el desarrollo energético y las posibilidades que abre- ha pasado a la historia. Ahora una gran parte del dinero que se podía haber invertido en ese proyecto se ha ido... como lágrimas en la lluvia, no sin causar notables daños colectivos.
