Abstract

Por não me julgar competente o suficiente para dizer todos os males que observo em meu país, utilizei-me do excelente livro de Mr. Bernard Maris, Carta Aberta aos Gurus da Economia que Nos Julgam Imbecis, a quem peço a licença de reproduzir na tradução da Editora Bertrand, a quem agradeço por não ter permitido que tão importantes idéias ficassem omitidas do grande pú-blico brasileiro e sul americano, como soem acontecer com muitas outras.
