Abstract

El Modelo Integral de Desarrollo Comunitario que aquí se esboza toca aspectos teóricos respecto al modelo de desarrollo. Bajo este entendido DESARROLLO es el despliegue de las potencialidades que una cosa tiene en cierto momento. El animal o vegetal que brotara de ellos –semilla o huevo- al crecer hará real esas potencialidades y aun después de crecer se tienen siempre esas potencialidades y, los seres conservan potencialidades y capacidades sin desarrollar.
