    Abstract

    En países en vías de desarrollo como el nuestro, es importante tener en cuenta que la escasez de los recursos nos obliga a ser innovadores, creativos y austeros, siendo imperativo el trabajo basado en proyectos y aun mas importante el poseer elementos para la evaluación de factibilidad y viabilidad de proyectos de desarrollo que permitan mayor seguridad a la inversión de recursos económicos, tecnológicos, materiales y humanos para la solución de las problemáticas sociales y empresariales de una manera eficiente y eficaz. Pero este es solo un momento de evaluación, ya que tambien se deben hacer seguimiento y control de la ejecución del proyecto, así como la evaluación del impacto, resultado y logro de los objetivos propuestos.
