Abstract

En este artículo se presenta un breve análisis comparativo entre dos de las escuelas del pensamiento estratégico: la de configuración y la de diseño. Mostrando como punto central de la argumentación y base inicial de la comparación el papel central del medio ambiente externo a las organizaciones dentro de las estrategias y configuración de las mismas, así como el papel de la alta dirección en la conducción eficiente de las entidades.
