Abstract

En este trabajo se resumen las aportaciones de Arias y Heredia, sobre los sistemas, cambio y caos que en lo sucesivo servirán de base al autor en la reflexión en forma complementaria sobre la actividad generadora de pronósticos como parte central del proceso de planeación de las organizaciones, principalmente las de tipo comercial.
