Abstract

Las transformaciones nacionales, en Latinoamérica, fueron acompañadas por cambios en el contexto internacional, tanto en el orden económico, comercial y tecnológico. El proceso de integración MERCOSUR es uno de los nuevos condicionantes del escenario económico regional y, si bien no es el que más ha afectado a las empresas durante los primeros años de la década del noventa, está teniendo una repercusión estructural en la conducta productiva de las empresas, en la definición de sus estrategias futuras de negocios y en las decisiones de inversión.
