Abstract

Este artículo trata sobre la vulnerabilidad de los derechos humanos en los migrantes internacionales en situación irregular o carentes de documentos. Hace referencia a la dimensión de derechos humanos vinculados con la migración desde la perspectiva multicultural. Se argumenta la necesidad de empoderar a los migrantes con los derechos humanos de tal forma que se defiendan de las violaciones a sus derechos laborales, políticos, sociales y culturales, que de manera implícita conlleva a rechazar el racismo, la discriminación, la intolerancia y la xenofobia, a partir del respeto al otro, y de la convivencia pacífica. Se anexan conclusiones y referencias bibliográficas.
