Abstract

Implementar la estrategia comienza con un esquema de participación auténtica que viene a transformar la cultura, estructuras y sistemas de trabajo de la empresa. Debemos entender la implantación como un proceso continuo de despertar organizacional, de afianzar en la organización un sentido estratégico compartido, un propósito, un hábito de dar lo mejor como única posibilidad de éxito. La Implementación aporta al hecho estratégico atributos profundamente humanos, es el momento en que el hombre deviene en centro y todo se decide con su contribución.
