Abstract

La Nueva Economía, el valor dominante del Conocimiento, la rápida dinámica de los cambios dentro del mundo empresarial, todo contribuye a configurar un escenario donde la relación entre empresas, que quizás antes no competían entre sí, puede verse alterada. El Capital Humano deviene en piedra angular, nuevo ingrediente para un nuevo conflicto estratégico, recurso necesario y discutido. La tradicional Gestión de RRHH está llamada a un cambio, a celebrar su enlace definitivo con la Estrategia.
