Abstract

Una estrategia puede comprenderse atendiendo a su proceso de gestación o a su contenido. En términos de proceso es esencial conocer cómo hemos de conducir el trabajo de reflexión, planeación y puesta en marcha de la estrategia. De esto dependerá su éxito o fracaso. Un proceso inspirador, que cataliza un sentido de dirección y propósito compartido, que se abre al aprendizaje continuo y se apoya en él, e invita a la emergencia de iniciativas a todos los niveles, esta es la fórmula en que se apoya el presente trabajo; cómo hacerlo realidad en la empresa es otro de los temas que considera.
