Abstract

Los nuevos mercados y las tecnologías de la información ayudaron a un proceso de globalización y de intercambio de bienes y culturas extraordinario, también, se toma mayor conciencia de la importancia de la ética en los negocios. Todo esto, promueve una nueva discusión en torno a la función de la empresa dentro de la sociedad y que intereses deben predominar dentro de ella. Sin embargo, la corrupción es cada vez mayor. Grandes escándalos provocados por malas administraciones en perjuicio de los accionistas nos obliga a preguntarnos. ¿Por qué?
