Abstract

La organización empresarial de Japón es muy diferente a la existente en los países occidentales, como los Estados Unidos y Europa, pues se caracteriza por haber alcanzado niveles superiores de eficiencia en la gestión empresarial y generar un conjunto de prácticas estables, las cuales, a pesar de no estar teorizadas muchas de ellas, permiten sostener que se ha estructurado una Escuela Económica Empresarial propia de la experiencia nipona.
