Abstract

¿Cuánto nos cuesta perder trabajadores esenciales? ¿Qué los motiva al cambio y cómo podemos fidelizarlos? En torno a estas preguntas gira la reflexión del presente trabajo. Se muestran los costos escondidos tras la fluctuación, las teorías motivacionales que explican el fenómeno y la existencia del Contrato Psicológico como pieza comprensiva clave. Las Acciones de Fidelización y cómo sobrellevar productivamente la rotación de personal son los temas finales con los cuales es posible organizar un modo concreto de gestión de la retención en la empresa.
