Fortalecimiento del Capital Social

Abstract

Los nuevos desarrollos teóricos sobre el desarrollo proporcionan el marco conceptual para diseñar herramientas que mejoran la competitividad territorial. Los autores, muestran como la creación de Sociedades de Economía Mixta pueden desarrollar una red para articular diferentes actores e instituciones, por ejemplo, productores, la universidad, agricultores, el gobierno local y nacional. Se discuten dos tipos de Sociedades, uno de los cuales asocia a productores para industrializar sus propios productos. El segundo tipo asocia a pequeños y medianos empresarios con el municipio para brindar servicios públicos, las dos Sociedades se localizan en la ciudad de Río Cuarto. Finalmente, el estudio muestra las características específicas de estas empresas y alguna desventaja que debe considerarse cuando se promueven este tipo de institución en otra situación.
