Abstract

Este trabajo se dirige tanto a Directivos como Especialistas en la actividad. El lector encontrará un conjunto de claves que definen y condicionan los resultados que puede obtener una empresa en el campo de la Capacitación. De antemano decimos que vamos a intentar redimensionar profundamente el tema, que plantearemos nuevas coordenadas más próximas a los intereses del negocio. En todo momento pensaremos en la Capacitación de nuestro tiempo, en lo que viene a definir hoy la nueva habilidad para formar y desarrollar la fuerza de trabajo en una empresa.
