Las falacias de la sociedad de la información

Abstract

Se dice que la sociedad de la información puede ayudar a la consolidación de la democracia, sin embargo ¿qué tan posible es esto cuando la primera se puede desarrollar y cimentar bajo una serie de falacias? De estas falacias, bajo las cuales se puede desarrollar la sociedad de la información, es sobre lo que trata este trabajo. Previamente se revisa el movimiento de la Nueva Administración Pública (NAP), así como sus antecedentes inmediatos en América Latina, ya que ella es la que predispone el ambiente necesario para el desarrollo de la SI. En segundo lugar se revisa la teoría del ciclo de vida de las políticas, seguida de una exploración de lo que es la Sociedad de la Información. Para en cuarto y último lugar, desarrollar las diez falacias propuestas por el autor, bajo las cuales se desenvuelve la Sociedad de la Información.
