Consideraciones sobre sostenibilidad financiera y condiciones deseables de las pensiones por retiro, en México

Abstract

En lo referente al tema del retiro laboral y las pensiones correspondientes, México vive actualmente la transición de los principales sistemas normativos aplicables a la población por edad avanzada, ya que coexisten dos grandes sistemas, para la mayoría de los trabajadores|. Cabe aclarar que en este trabajo se hará referencia a los asuntos de retiro y su normatividad, para los trabajadores derechohabientes del mayor órgano de seguridad social en materia de salud en México, que es el Instituto Mexicano de Seguro Social (IMSS), aunque los sistemas para jubilaciones y pensiones han sido establecidos en diversidad de ordenamientos, por sectores y órdenes de gobierno. La metodología utilizada para este escrito es principalmente el uso del método deductivo, ya que se analizó la información derivada de la normatividad y programas administrativos aplicables, para llegar a conclusiones especificas sobre la temática, aplicables a las personas que se encuentren en el régimen de contribuciones definidas en el sistema del IMSS en la ley del 97, exclusivamente. Para estos efectos se recopiló información referente, retomándose lo esencial para la perspectiva de este trabajo, analizándola e integrándola.
