Gestão descentralizada de pessoas no distrito industrial de Manaus

Abstract

O presente artigo aborda um cenário novo e bem pouco debatido no âmbito da liderança de equipes. Trata da descentralização dos processos de recursos humanos dentro das organizações. O objetivo deste artigo é estimular reflexões sobre este assunto dentro das empresas além de contribuir com o embasamento teórico para que as mesmas possam implantar em seus processos produtivos esse modelo de gestão. A descentralização de pessoas consiste em distribuir as responsabilidades pela gestão das pessoas não somente com o time de recursos humanos, mas também pelas diferentes áreas de atuação da empresa. Esse modelo permite que os líderes de cada área absorvam algumas tarefas que antes eram delegadas somente a equipe de recursos humanos minimizando assim o volume de atividades dos mesmos. Foi realizado uma pesquisa de campo em duas empresas do distrito industrial de Manaus, demonstrando a importância deste tipo de gestão na melhoria das empresas.
