Inbound marketing para la captación de potenciales usuarios del servicio de firmas electrónicas emitidas por el Registro Civil, Identificación y Cedulación del Ecuador

Abstract

El presente trabajo investigativo pretende originar un sistema de apalancamiento a través del Inbound Marketing que permita incrementar la captación de usuarios que requieren una firma electrónica emitida por el Registro Civil del Ecuador, para desarrollar sus actividades comerciales, así como cumplir con sus obligaciones tributarias para con el Estado Ecuatoriano y al mismo tiempo obtener los enormes beneficios que en la práctica ésta genera y brindan a sus negocios como evitar la falsificación de documentos, simplificar sus trámites, reducir sus costos de mensajería y custodiar sus documentos en un formato digital, para lo cual se utilizará como herramienta de atracción a Facebook, una de las redes sociales gratuitas más utilizadas en el mundo la cual permitirá interconectarse, inter actuar y compartir contenidos con los potenciales usuarios a través de internet , instrumento que serviría para generar pastillas comunicacionales creándose intrínsecamente un canal de vinculación hacia la página web de la entidad.
