La Corrupción. Análisis espistémico desde lo social, axiológico y jurídico

Abstract

La historia ha demostrado la existencia de la corrupción antes del capitalismo, en los regímenes socialistas y en general bajo todas las formas de agrupación humana clasista, estado o gobierno. Ubicarla históricamente no pretende ser el objetivo de nuestro trabajo. Su permanencia y desarrollo actual en nuestras sociedades evidencia de lo atinado de nuestra selección temática, dirigida a unos de los problemas poco estudiados en el mundo desde la academia. Nuestro estudio quiere suplir en parte esta limitación, incorporándole lo axiológico a la definición de corrupción y abordando el tema desde una perspectiva científica sin pretender agotar el mismo, constituyendo un modesto aporte para lograr una interrelación doctrinal obligada de reflexión desde lo social y jurídico.
