Abstract

Los servicios electrónicos, en la actualidad han revolucionado el comercio a nivel global, ya que, en comparación con el comercio convencional, éste ahorra tiempo, dinero e inconvenientes a los usuarios que no pueden ni tienen la disposición de trasladarse a los establecimientos y, que mucho menos pueden perder el tiempo en tediosas filas. Estos servicios permiten a los usuarios realizar todo tipo de transacciones desde la comodidad de su móvil, hogar u oficina, y a la vez les evita los inconvenientes y la pérdida de tiempo con trámites burocráticos que muchas veces llevan al cliente a pasar por momentos desagradables que en definitiva en un corto o largo plazo perjudican a la organización.
