Abstract

En la actualidad es notable como la producción de conocimientos científicos se ha hecho parte del avance y creación de nuevas tecnologías y de la vida cotidiana de las personas. Los paradigmas de construcción del conocimiento requieren del análisis de la realidad desde dinámicas no lineales y las manifestaciones de los sistemas complejos y abiertos (Sotolongo & Delgado, 2006). La estrategia o pensamiento estratégico se encuentra estrechamente relacionado, a pensar el contexto y todo lo complejo circundante a las organizaciones y en su interior y monitorearlo con un enfoque sistémico (Morin & Kern, 1993). Las organizaciones, en este caso específico, las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito requieren de la utilización de esta tecnología la cual puede potenciar el impacto tanto económico-financiero como el social de las cooperativas al permitir la socialización de estos conocimientos y una mayor cohesión entre los socios.
