Abstract

Esta pesquisa cujo tema é o plano de negócios e uma análise sócio econômica do produto popular "juçara" como substância energética nas atividades físicas, visa apresentar as mais variadas formas de consumo do produto, como ocorre na Lanchonete Variedades Sabor, onde são oferecidas, atendendo ao gosto do público-alvo, segmentado em classes distintas, de médias à altas categorias. O estudo procurou esforços em proporcionar aos entrevistados várias formas de apresentação para a ingestão do produto popular "juçara" como energético. Desta forma, o tema principal deve ser mais divulgado e de fácil compreensão, para uma valorização dos produtos da terra. Por isso, ao procurar desvendar o paladar de cada consumidor que frequenta o ambiente, identificam-se formas de preparo. Observando o gosto de cada atleta, e com foco no produto, in natura, é possível verificar como ele é consumido na região Norte, principalmente do Estado do Pará.
