Recursos Comuns E Crises Do Meio Ambiente: Uma Breve Revisão Teórica

Abstract

Este artigo tem o objetivo de levantar subsídios de análise das crises ambientais através da literatura dos recursos comuns. Diante dos desafios impostos pelas consideradas principais crises ambientais, a da biodiversidade e a do aquecimento global, esta investigação indaga quais seriam as bases de soluções que devem alicerçam os mecanismos de enfrentamento destas crises. A metodologia baseou-se em uma revisão de literatura que abordou a crise da eotécnica (HUNGIL, 1993) e os recursos comuns (HARDIN, 2002; MEHTA, 2002), de maneira a examinar bases de solução técnica e de solução moral e ética. O estudo verificou que os problemas ambientais não possuem soluções técnicas, mas as soluções estão pautadas em alterações morais e éticas do ser humano, que só podem ser alcançadas a partir de uma conscientização, que por sua vez é produto da educação, no intuito de admitir a possibilidade de coerção dos outros prejudicados.
