Abstract

Os direitos a intimidade pessoal e a própria imagem garantidos constitucionalmente formam parte dos bens da personalidade que pertencem ao âmbito da vida privada. E neste âmbito da intimidade, é de singular importância a necessária proteção do direito a imagem frente ao crescente desenvolvimento dos meios e procedimentos de captação, divulgação e difusão das mesmas. A proteção destes direitos devido a qualquer espécie de vulneração e intromissão merece tutela ampla e lei própria.
