Breves Considerações Acerca Da Aproximação Entre Civil Law E Common Law No Direito Brasileiro

Abstract

O presente artigo realiza uma breve análise acerca da aproximação entre as famílias jurídicas da Commom Law e da Civil Law no Direito Brasileiro. Primeiramente são apresentadas noções básicas acerca de ambas as famílias jurídicas. Em seguida, trata-se de uma breve evolução histórica da família anglo-saxônica, e, por fim, se analisa se o Brasil está sofrendo uma mutação em sua tradição jurídica. Conclui-se que este não é o caso, uma vez que o que ocorre é uma influência mútua entre essas famílias jurídicas.
