La Retratabilidad: La Emergencia E Implicaciones De Un Nuevo Concepto En La Restauración

Abstract

El artículoanaliza la cuestión de la retratabilidad en el marco de la teoría contemporánea de la restauración. Analiza los cambios en el campo de la cultura y los impactos que acarrean sobre la conservación-restauración. El texto destaca la importancia del proceso informacional para las intervenciones de conservación-restauración demostradas por la teoría contemporánea. Describe la transformación de un carácter subjetivo a un objetivo a través de una revisión bibliográfica de las teorías de Cesare Brandi y de Salvador Muñoz Viñas, así como las cuestiones sobre su aplicabilidad conceptual y práctica bajo la actual acepción de cultura. Admite que el término retratabilidad representa la plasmación de la práctica de la conservación-restauración en la contemporaneidad. Además, el texto indica algunas cuestiones sobre el papel del conservador-restaurador en la actualidad.
