Mulheres Empreendedoras: O Desafio De Empreender

Abstract

O empreendedorismo feminino está em evidência, por conta do processo de feminização do mercado de trabalho, e ocorre assim um aumento gradativo de empreendimentos organizados por mulheres, tornando-se cada vez mais importante conhecer sua importância no cenário econômico. O objetivo geral deste artigo é demonstrar o desafio das mulheres empreendedoras e as dificuldades encontradas. Concluiu-se que as mulheres possuem muitas características similares, e que encaram o mercado competitivo com muito otimismo, garra, paixão pelo que fazem e com o jeito feminino de ser. Visto que suas maiores dificuldades são suas culpas e cobranças por estarem ausentes na vida familiar, porém, mesmo assim, conseguem serem mulheres de sucesso como empreendedoras.
