Cultura Organizacional: Uma Discussão Envolvendo Conceitos, Modelos E Perscpectivas

Abstract

O presente estudo pretende discutir as divergentes concepções a cerca de estudos que enfatizam a cultura das empresas, para tanto como estratégia de pesquisa recorreu-se a um estudo teórico do tema. Cultura organizacional compreende um todo complexo e subjetivo e não pode ser analisado de forma simples e amadora, pois pressupõe o compartilhamento de significados legitimados por um determinado grupo de pessoas. Estudos sobre cultura alavancam em meados dos anos 80, principalmente pelo crescente ganho de produtividade advindo da cultura oriental, mais precisamente do Japão, instigando assim os teóricos a voltar-se para análise da cultura diferenciada que esta nação está pautada. Como principais conclusões pode inferir-se que não existe consenso entre os teóricos, emergindo assim diferentes conceitos e abordagens a cerca do tema corrente, suscitando, portanto que ainda existe um vasto campo a ser explorado no tangente de cultura organizacional.
