Abstract

Los niveles de pobreza evidentes en las regiones de México, escasamente dan muestra de la efectividad de políticas vigentes para comprender y solucionarla. Por tanto, los ejecutores de las decisiones sobre la atención de estos problemas sociales, deberán comprender su importancia y complejidad en el desarrollo social nacional. No obstante, el desarrollo de las metodologías inspiradas para dar atención al problema de la pobreza ha sido aun insuficiente para atender el tema y ejecutar las decisiones convenientes. Integrándose más allá de la realidad social e inscribiéndose en la compleja naturaleza de cada región. Así, tal y como lo representa el problema local de la pobreza, este trabajo dejará claro la confusa realidad del fenómeno al momento de la definición e identificación de indicadores que reflejan carencias en la población y que por tanto, requieren ser consideradas referentes analíticos de las condiciones sociales presentes en los pueblos.
