Fundamentos De La Participación Ciudadana En La Constitución De La República Bolivariana De Venezuela

Abstract

Como tema de indagación en la presente investigación se ha seleccionado como fuente primaria de análisis según el ordenamiento jurídico venezolano la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela (1999), con el fin de determinar el articulado que norma la participación ciudadana en Venezuela, se presenta un análisis doctrinario y normativo de las implicaciones de la participación ciudadana en el desarrollo de la nación y de los pueblos como mecanismo de bienestar integral contenido en la CRBV. Así como se configura un conjunto de conclusiones y recomendaciones factibles de implementarse para que la ciudadanía se apropie de los espacios de participación.
