Abstract

El presente ensayo pretende mostrar una panorámica amplia de la epistemología de la ciencia desde una perspectiva ética. El principal objetivo es desmontar el debate entorno a una clara diferenciación entre ciencia básica y aplicada. Para ello se hace un recorrido a través de las características del conocimiento científico, sus diferentes clasificaciones, la importancia de los códigos éticos y los problemas éticos desde las ciencias sociales. Concluyendo con una inexistente diferenciación entre una vertiente básica y aplicada.
