Ley De Nacionalidad En México: 'Reflexión Respecto A Las Razones Que Motivaran Su Última Reforma'

Abstract

En el presente ensayo se abordará el tema de la Nacionalidad, partiendo por su concepto y su regulación jurídica en México. Se analizará brevemente los antecedentes y evolución de la Ley de Nacionalidad. Se expondrá una reflexión de las razones que motivara al Congreso Mexicano respecto a la reciente reforma de su artículo veinte, el cual especifica el requisito para el extranjero que pretenda naturalizarse mexicano de residir dos años anteriores a su solicitud, con la salvedad existente para los descendientes en línea recta en segundo grado de un mexicano por nacimiento.
