La Ley De Coordinación Fiscal, Reforma Del 2007 Y Su Efecto En Las Participaciones Del Estado De Michoacán En El Período 2008-2010

Abstract

on este artículo se realizó una descripción general de la evolución histórica de la coordinación fiscal en México, incluyendo una síntesis de la reforma constitucional de 1917, un resumen de las derivaciones de las convenciones nacionales fiscales, un análisis de la evolución de la Ley de Coordinación Fiscal y una explicación de la reforma de la Ley en el 2007. También, se realizó un análisis comparativo de los artículos correspondientes a las participaciones estatales (ramo 28) antes y después de la reforma del 2007. Por último, se efectuó un análisis transversal entre las participaciones percibidas por el Estado en los años 2008, 2009 y 2010 y las que hubiera percibido antes de la reforma.
