Ley De Nacionalidad: Breve Estudio Legislativo En Mexico

Abstract

En el presente trabajo, se analizan algunos conceptos relativos a la nación y nacionalidad, ello con la finalidad de comprender, como a través de la historia los individuos han luchado por no romper el vinculo que los identifique y los asocie con nuestra nación, habiendo creado diversas leyes con el objetivo de establecer una distinción entre los mexicanos y extranjeros dentro de la nación, así como reglamentar la forma como los extranjeros pueden permanecer dentro del territorio nacional cumpliendo ciertos requisitos, por lo que hoy en día su legal estancia se encuentra regulada por la Ley de Nacionalidad que se estudia.
