Abstract

El presente artículo es un breve repaso del estado de la cuestión en torno a los recursos disponibles para los creadores contemporáneos. Una reflexión sobre la propiedad intelectual, sus orígenes y alternativas existentes. Con el objetivo de ser lo más claros posible, lo hemos estructurado en diferentes apartados: Del monopolio intelectual al estímulo social, Orígenes De La Propiedad Intelectual, Copyright: 'All Rights Reserved', Copyleft: 'All rights deserved' (Software libre, Open Source y Cultura Libre) y unas breves conclusiones. Además, incluimos un breve glosario de los términos empleados y algunos enlaces a recursos electrónicos.
