Derechos Humanos, Economía Y Universidad Pública En El Siglo Xxi

Abstract

La presente exposición tiene como objetivo fundamentar teóricamente la articulación entre los derechos humanos -entre ellos, el derecho a la educación-, el pensamiento económico y la universidad pública. Así, considerando una perspectiva desde México, el documento se encuentra estructurado a partir de cuatro apartados temáticos sustantivos. En la primera parte, se apuntan algunos desarrollos teóricos contemporáneos en torno a los derechos humanos; enseguida se configura un análisis económico de los derechos humanos. La tercera parte considera un enlace teórico entre los conceptos de educación, universidad pública y derechos humanos; y se establece, en un apartado siguiente, la buscada vinculación entre los derechos humanos, la economía y la universidad pública en el siglo XXI. Finalmente, se establece un apunte final sobre la materia de referencia.
