La Figura De La Propuesta No Solicitada En La Ley De Asociaciones Público Privadas En México

Abstract

La publicación y entrada en vigor de la Ley de Asociaciones Público Privadas dio pie a la implementación de una figura jurídica singular, la Propuesta No Solicitada. Conceptualmente cercana a la Declaración Unilateral de Voluntad sirve también de fuente de obligaciones, no civiles, en una relación entre las dependencias federales y los interesados, denominados por la propia ley como promotores. De ahí que se vuelva necesario conocer más de la naturaleza jurídica y alcances prácticos de dicha figura.
